So it’s done. Yesterday we’ve viewed the apartment that had to be rented for the long term while we can rent it for the short term (6 Months) and it dropped in price, coming just within our price range. When I saw the pictures I immediately knew this would be the nicest apartment we would see. So we went there yesterday and it indeed is the best apartment we have seen so far and really is more worth than we are paying. It is located on the corner of Main Road and Saint James Road in Sea Point and down the road you have the sea. A better location then this is hard to find. It even has a communal swimming pool. Today we have done some paperwork and transfered the deposit and it’s ours! Like you may guess we are very, very lucky to get this apartment, or as I would say, blessed.
It has a living room with kitchen, fully furnished and equiped. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The complex is very secure with security staff, a locked outside door, a better elevator than the Ritz Hotel has and the pool of course.
So today we’ll celebrate our small succes. Let me know what you think about the apartment.

Ja klopt, je hebt hele mooie plekjes hier. Maar er zijn ook plekken die heel verpauperd zijn en er zijn eigenlijk best veel swervers enzo. Miskien moet ik nog een keer die kant ook laten zien om een beetje balans erin te brengen
