Finding an apartment in Cape Town

When you come to Cape Town it can be rewarding to wait before hiring an apartment until you are actually there to view the different options. But it does require some time to search for apartments, calling the owners or agents. For example in the video we are standing in front of an apartment with great views on the see, but the inside wasn’t that convincing and it’s overpriced because of the views.

Today we hope to view 3 other apartments in Green point, Sea point and the City Bowl, whereof the last one has a communal pool, fitness facilities and wireless internet available. Let’s hope for the best possible deal available. Fingers crossed…
